Shipping: SafeCalm ships to all countries. All United State USPS are (3 day Flat Rate), insured. All shipments include a USPS tracking No. 


Return policy: return item within 14 days for refund Item must be in original condition except for defective product(s). Shipping and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless approved by seller. Buyer pays shipping both ways for preference exchanges i.e., color or size (include a prepaid mailing package with returned item). Any questions/concerns call a SafeCalm Representative at 248 974 3031 (Michigan Time Zone). SafeCalm re-sellers or bulk/ wholesale purchasers may only exchange damaged stock within 14 days of original purchase unless approved by a SafeCalm representative. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the re-seller(s) or bulk/ wholesale purchaser(s) unless approved by seller. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Seller is not responsible for products lost/non-delivered in the mail. It is buyers responsibility to file claim for lost/non-delivered products trough mail service. Most shipped products are insured by SafeCalm.
